Your First Phone Call

When you contact our office, our friendly admin team takes the time to gather helpful information about your dental history, insurance coverage, and any current concerns. This allows us to verify benefits in advance and, when possible, provide a pre-estimate for recommended services.

We prioritize transparency, and want you to understand your coverage, fees, and options so you can make informed decisions about your care with confidence.

Your New Patient Appointment

Your first visit is designed to be thorough and unhurried. We schedule a full two-hour appointment with one of our hygienists to ensure ample time for a comprehensive evaluation.

During this visit, we will complete:

Diagnostic photos
Digital X-rays
Periodontal charting
An oral cancer screening
A complete clinical examination

Dr. Cocolis personally reviews all findings and clearly explains any recommendations. You will receive a customized treatment plan presentation so you understand both your current oral health and your options moving forward.

If treatment needs are extensive or complex, we may schedule a dedicated one-on-one consultation with Dr. Cocolis to review the plan in greater detail and answer any additional questions. Our goal is always clarity, comfort, and confidence.
